They have many natives employed! Management seems to be getting better with their customer service skills towards natives.
This is a good place. While they don't offer the incredible variety of fresh produce or the giant bakery that a larger storen is able to, they do a good job providing a clean and well-run location. They have a deli and cake decorating service as well.
It was pleasant. The cashier's were friendly tonight, the girls didnt give the impression that they had better things they could be doing. Like it is most nights when the manager isn't on duty.

A safe, clean environment filled with good people. The employees are friendly, well informed about their store. Buches Foods also has a reward card program that is very beneficial to obtain, I have found it to be very useful at times. I would also suggest the Pies they have imported from another town somewhere far off and away that are yummy, Don't ask me the brand but they are usually by the bakery in the display fridge. Also, Buches Foods has a large selection of many different cultural ethnic foods. I never spotted a kosher, vegan or vegetarian section but it's all their if you hunt for it or ask an employee. This place never has Hatch or Anaheim Green Chili fresh ever but they have canned. They also have hummus in many flavors. I always suggest there "Wooden Knife" instant fry-bread brand if you would like to take some of the culture from here with you home if your visiting.
